Why Exhibit?
This is your opportunity to have a brand presence at the biggest Digital event in Norfolk: a place where business is looking to simplify, save and innovate!
A total of 50 stands are available. The exhibition opens at 9:30am and closes at 4:00pm and will run in tandem with the speaker programme.
As a new event, we also encourage each exhibitor to actively promote their presence to both their own customers and prospects – maximizing networking opportunities for all. Tools to enable this will be provided by the Chamber Marketing & PR Department.
Stand Costs
• Chamber Members: £245.00 + VAT
• Non-members: £295.00 + VAT
Stand Information
Please note this is a space – no shell scheme or stands are provided.
• Includes access to an electric socket, table and two chairs.
• WI-FI is available at the venue.
Setup Time:
Access from 7:00am. All stands to be ready by 8:30am at the latest.
Down Time:
To maintain a professional approach it is requested that stands are not dismantled before the end of the exhibition which is 4:00pm. Those dismantling before this time may not be allowed to exhibit at future exhibitions.
Payment:
Please note that a non refundable deposit of £50 + VAT is required at the time of booking.
Stand bookings will only be confirmed when both the booking form and deposit have been received.
Cancellation:
Payment will still be required unless cancellation is received by 16 August 2010. Deposits are non refundable.
